Unique @MBA

The department equips students with industry-relevant skills while fostering a strong foundation in research and innovation. Through a balanced approach of practical training and academic excellence, it prepares graduates to meet real-world challenges with confidence and competence.

Group Discussion:

A group discussion is an interactive activity where students exchange ideas, opinions, and insights on a specific business-related topic, issue, or problem, fostering a structured and collaborative learning environment. This exercise encourages participants to research, analyze, and draw well-reasoned conclusions, enhancing their decision-making abilities while also developing essential skills such as effective communication, critical thinking, leadership, active listening, and problem-solving. By engaging in group discussions, students not only deepen their understanding of business concepts but also build the interpersonal and analytical skills necessary for professional success.

Major Projects:

All students must complete a 6-week practical training program during their first summer vacation, working with a corporate organization to address real management challenges. After the internship, they will receive a certificate from the company and must submit a project report under faculty guidance, followed by a seminar presentation to share their key findings and learning experiences. This hands-on training bridges classroom theory with real-world business practice while developing professional skills and industry insights.

Mock Interview:

A mock interview is like a practice run for a real job interview – it recreates the actual experience in a safe, low-pressure environment. This powerful exercise helps students build confidence and prepare for corporate job interviews by simulating the real thing. After the practice session, the interviewer provides personalized feedback, highlighting strengths and offering constructive suggestions to help students polish their interview skills and perform their best when it counts. Think of it as a dress rehearsal that transforms nervousness into readiness for the professional world.
