Placement Support

  • Maintaining regular interaction with the industry through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences, and Corporate Meets etc.

  • Planning and organizing On-Campus as well as Off-Campus recruitment activities.

  • Providing requisite training to students in the area of Personality Development and Communication Skills.

  • Developing database of students and presenting their curriculum to various industries.

Student Registration with Training & Placement Cell:

Preliminary registration call will be given to all eligible students (academic fulfillments 60% aggregate till 2-2) at the staring of third year first semester. Final registration with T&P cell will be done at the starting of the final year 1st semester. (60% aggregate till Third year 2nd semester are eligible)

Training and Learning

At KLRCET, our comprehensive training program for students begins in their third year, first semester, focusing on foundational Quantitative Aptitude (Arithmetic) and refining both written and oral Communication Skills. Moving into the third year, second semester, students enhance their Logical and Analytical Reasoning and build crucial Technical Skills, including C-Programming and branch-specific tools. The final year offers an immersive blend of learning, incorporating invaluable insights from Industry Experts (CEOs, VPs, Project Managers, Entrepreneurs), engaging Group Discussions, practical Personal and Technical Interview preparation, hands-on Workshops, Hackathons, and Seminars, and dedicated Career Guidance Sessions, all designed to ensure our graduates are fully prepared for successful careers.

At KLRCET, we recognize assessments as a vital tool for tracking student development, which is why we employ a dynamic mix of evaluation methods—including computer-based tests, paper exams, mobile assessments, personal interviews, technical interviews, and group discussions—to ensure comprehensive skill measurement. To further enhance industry readiness, we partner with leading assessment platforms like AMCAT, TalentSprint, Globerena, and TCS IoN, giving students real-world testing experience. Our approach has been widely appreciated by recruiters, leading to increased placements, and we provide personalized performance tracking, delivering individual feedback via email or mobile to help each student continuously improve and excel.

Modes of Recruitment

There are 3 ways through which we are providing placement opportunities to our students

Final Placements

This process is usually conducted from the month of August onwards
For each of these processes, the following procedure is adopted:

  • Stage 1: Members from companies interact with students on campus through placement team, alumni Guest Lectures, Live Projects, and other Corporate Forums

  • Stage 2: Student profiles and other relevant details are shared with companies with a due registration of interested students.

  • Stage 3: The companies conduct Pre-Placements Talks to give in-depth information about them including the roles and profiles being offered

  • Stage 4: On a mutually fixed date company comes and conducts written or online tests, following by group discussion, personal and technical interview.

  • Stage 5: Final results are announced by the companies
